Richard Sulaka is the managing member and founder of Sulaka Law, PLLC. Mr. Sulaka, the former General Counsel and Human Resources Director for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department, specializes in a full suite of business, personal, and asset protection, including: estate planning, real estate development, business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, trademark filings, as well as reorganizations and debt discharge under the United States bankruptcy code.

Mr. Sulaka has served as counsel on over $500 million dollars in legal disputes and more than $2 billion dollars in business and real estate transactions.
